is connected by frequent trains to London's Liverpool Street Station
running along the Lea Valley line.
Going the other way there are lesser frequencies direct to Stansted.
There is also a slower Harlow
to Stansted bus running at similar frequencies. This is a normal
public bus visiting the town and villages in between. |

is a good place for motorists, adjacent to junction 7 of the M11 motorway.
Harlow is about mid way between the London orbital motorway M25 and
Stansted Airport.
