4) On receipt of your card details we will issue full confirmation

5) Payment is on day of transfer when you may pay by cash
or credit/debit card. Credit/Debit cards carry a 5% surcharge.

quotations for parties greater than 16 people or other non
standard transfers

2) We will provide you with a firm quotation based on the
information given.
We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Please note the department concerned is not open at weekends
and works UK office hours.

- Prices
include all taxes, parking charges, road tolls, meet and

- If
your plane is early or late we will rearrange our schedule
at no extra charge.
- Prices
are in UK sterling. We require a credit/debit card to guarantee
your reservation, you can pay in cash or credit/debit card
on the day of transfer.
- If
final payment is made by credit or debit card, a 5% supplement
is payable.
- If
the transfer departs between 23:00 and 06:00 there is a
supplement stipulated during the reservation process.

phone. If you require a transfer within 2 days we recommend
you make contact by phone so that we can confirm and issue

to 17:00 UK time. At weekends, early morning and evening you
will get an operator who will take your details but will not
be able to confirm your order with immediate effect.
